AIM offers free online training to help support people with autism and other developmental disabilities. The AIM Module on Reinforcement discusses reinforcement procedures including positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement. Steps for implementing each of these evidence-based procedures are provided as well as information on how reinforcement can be used to support youth with complex needs.
